General Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope of Application

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between the customer and Mr. Mehmedova Ayten, founder of Chrono-24-And-More, whose registered office is located at Korkenstrasse 9, 49393 Lohne, Germany, when concluding contracts via the online store accessible at [Insert website URL here].
The version of the GTC in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract applies.

1.2. Customers under these GTC can be both consumers and business customers.

1.3. A "consumer" within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

1.4. A "business customer" within the meaning of these GTC is any natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a contract.

2. Conclusion of Contract and Information Obligations

2.1. The products and items presented on the Chrono-24-And-More website do not constitute binding offers. The customer can submit a binding purchase offer using the online order form.

2.2. The customer places the desired items in the shopping cart, enters their personal data, and selects the payment method. The order becomes binding when the customer clicks on the "Buy Now" button.

2.3. The contract is concluded when Chrono-24-And-More accepts the customer's offer, either through an order confirmation or the shipment of the goods.

2.4. The language of the contract is English.

2.5. The order data is not stored by the seller. Customers are advised to print or save their order information.

3. Prices and Fees

3.1. All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT in Germany, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are not included in the price and are displayed separately.

3.2. For cross-border deliveries, customs duties, additional taxes, or other charges may be levied by the competent authorities of the destination country. These fees are not covered by Chrono-24-And-More.

3.3. Accepted payment methods are:

3.4. If the agreed payment deadline is exceeded, reminder fees and processing fees may be charged.

4. Delivery Time and Force Majeure

4.1. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 7 business days from the time the customer's payment is received.

4.2. Events of force majeure (wars, strikes, natural disasters, disruptions in supply chains) release Chrono-24-And-More from its delivery obligations for the duration of the event.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Applicable to Consumers Only)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) sent to the following address:

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that are custom-made or clearly tailored to the customer's needs.
Products that are sealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Products that may perish quickly or have an expiry date that could be exceeded.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1. The statutory warranty applies to both new and used products unless otherwise stated.

6.2. For second-hand items, the warranty period is 12 months instead of the 24 months applicable to new products.

6.3. If you are a business customer, defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

6.4. In case of defects, Chrono-24-And-More may choose to either provide a replacement or correct the defect.

7. Retention of Title

7.1. The goods remain the property of Chrono-24-And-More until the full purchase price has been paid.

7.2. If the customer is a business customer, Chrono-24-And-More retains ownership of the goods until all debts from the business relationship are settled.

8. Liability

8.1. Chrono-24-And-More is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8.2. For minor breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

9. Return of Batteries

9.1. In accordance with German law, batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. Customers are required to return used batteries to a collection point or send them back to Chrono-24-And-More free of charge.

10. Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR)

11. Applicable Law, Place of Performance, and Jurisdiction

11.1. These GTC are governed by German law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

11.2. For consumers, this provision applies only to the extent that it does not contradict mandatory legal provisions of their country of residence.

11.3. In the event of a dispute, the place of performance and jurisdiction is the registered office of Chrono-24-And-More (49393 Lohne, Germany), unless otherwise stated.
